Panelist Profile: Maureen O’Connor
Maureen O’Connor is editor of The Alternative Consumer, where she has been blogging since 2007. The Alternative Consumer provides an upbeat perspective and lighthearted approach to ecofriendly design and fresh ideas, helping inspire people to make changes in their lives that will help create a more sustainable culture. Maureen is also the founder of O’Connor Media Design, a multimedia production company specializing in design and production of corporate business meetings; sales, training and marketing videos; and strategic brand marketing initiatives. One interesting thing about Maureen is that she’s a long time fan of modern dance, Jacob’s Pillow and the Joyce Theatre.
