MWW has officially released its new corporate identity this week! The rebrand includes a new logo and tagline, “Matter More,” which reflects the agency’s commitment to building relevance and trust not just among its clients, but also within the company culture. Along with the rebrand, MWW has also purchased signage rights to its headquarters building in E. Rutherford, NJ.
Google and Meebo Join Forces
Google has announced that it has acquired Meebo, a social platform that connects its users with a variety of social content from across the internet. It is a 7 year old platform that has helped businesses connect to consumers and consumers connect to other consumers. ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, has announced that it received over 1,900 applications for top level domain names. Companies have applied for domains such as .docs, .youtube and even .lol. Managing these domains can be expensive and ICANN requires a $25,000 per year fee. (CNET)
