Aliza Rothman Joins MWW Group As Vice President, Consumer Lifestyle Marketing
Denver-based Hire Expands MWW Group’s Western and Rocky Mountain Region Presence
DENVER – January 5, 2012 – MWW Group (www.mww.com), one of the top ten global independent public relations firms, announced today that Aliza Rothman has joined the firm as a vice president in its consumer lifestyle marketing practice. Rothman will report to Alissa Blate, executive vice president, global consumer marketing, and will help lead a number of the agency’s consumer lifestyle clients, particularly in the lifestyle, travel and health categories. Additionally, Rothman, who is based in Denver, Colo., will expand MWW’s presence in the Western and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States.
Rothman brings more than 15 years of experience driving major communications initiatives for national, industry-leading brands, including AOL, United Airlines, Travelzoo, Frontier Airlines, MapQuest and eBay among others. Prior to joining MWW, Rothman owned her own public relations consultancy based in Denver, where she provided communications counsel to clients regarding thought-leadership, brand-building and media relations. Previously, Rothman worked at Ogilvy Public Relations in Denver where she oversaw clients including Case Logic, Raindance Communications, True.com and Protandim. Before that, she served as vice president at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery in New York City, where she managed public relations activities for several AOL channels including AOL Community, AOL Travel, AOL Teens, AOL Kids and more. Additionally, she helped lead consumer-facing activities for United Airlines, including the promotion of surveys and travel and fitness experts.
