Josh Zeitz Joins MWW Group As Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs

Former Sr. Policy Director for Governor Jon Corzine and Chief of Staff for MF Global Will Bridge Finance, Government, and Academia

NEW YORK – November 16, 2011 – MWW Group (www.mww.com), one of the top ten global independent public relations firms, announced today that Josh Zeitz has joined the agency as senior vice president, corporate affairs. In this role, he will provide strategic counsel and crisis management for the firm’s corporate and public affairs clients.

Zeitz brings 18 years of experience in finance, government, and academia to MWW Group. Most recently, Zeitz served as chief of staff at MF Global, where he handled the personal and political affairs for former New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine and worked closely with the corporate communications team on executive speeches, media relations and corporate rebranding. Prior to MF Global, Zeitz served as Sr. Policy Director and Transition Director for Governor Jon Corzine’s administration. Zeitz has also published several books and lectured in American history at Harvard, Princeton, and Cambridge University.

As the Executive Vice President of MWW Government Relations and General Manager, Marilyn is responsible for personally overseeing all congressional and legislative activity, including client-specific legislative, federal funding and grant objectives and agendas.  Her career includes long government relations and Washington experience representing the State of New Jersey and three of its Governors, as well as local governments and both corporate and non-profit interests in appropriations, budget, tax, technology, and infrastructure development.
